sickidivall's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- insomnimaniac the past few nights including tonight i havent been able to sleep. I am crazy!!! i just lay there and turn over and turn over again and again and again and just think and my mind goes crazy and I cant sleep. This is the first time I have got up out of bed. I keep coughing my legs are sore and my mind is going crazy!!!!!! I fall asleep almost and then i cough so hard, i wake up clay. i turn over and over, i try to sleep on the couch and on the futon and on the floor and backwards on my bed. my mom and sister and sleeping here right now. they must know i am crazy. i get a drink, take a pill or some cough syrup and it doesnt help!!!!!!!!!!!!! what should i do?! maybe i will try listening to music. the sleepy time mix on my ipod. 2:41 a.m. - Thursday, Jun. 16, 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
